Explore the Dashboard

This guide helps you understand and navigate the Whatmore AI Studio dashboard. Learning how to use the dashboard makes it easier to start workflows, manage your creations, and explore new templates.

Access the Dashboard​

To access the dashboard:

  1. Select the AI Studio tab from your Whatmore account.

  2. Move your cursor to the left sidebar to view available sections.

The sidebar includes:

  • Home
  • Explore
  • My Creations
  • My Templates

Let’s explore what each section offers in detail:

Home​

The Home page is your starting point for creating and managing workflows.

Here you can:

  • Quickly start new projects.

  • View your recent creations.

  • Browse by category for inspiration.

Main options on Home:

  1. Start from scratch by selecting Create New. Choose whether to create an image or video, select the aspect ratio, and define the gender of your AI model. 

  1. Click Add AI Backgrounds to begin with a photo and swap backgrounds.

  2. Click Model Photos to start with your own model or flatlay image and transform it using diverse AI-generated models.

  3. Select Create Videos from Images to instantly convert product images into engaging videos.

  1. View Your Recent Creations. Select the tiles to switch between different viewing modes and see more details.

  2. Click Modify to edit any template or select Run QC. Review the output to ensure it meets your brand’s standards. QC helps you confirm image resolution, visual consistency, and whether the product is displayed correctly.

  1. Go to Browse by Category and explore templates by styles such as Tops, Bottoms, Ethnic, Activewear, Dresses, or Outerwear. You can also filter by Image or Video to find inspiration. By clicking the thumbnail in the corner, you will open a preview of the template.

  2. Select Create Similar to generate a new creative based that an existing image/video.

Explore​

The Explore section provides inspiration and ready-made templates to guide your creative process. Here you can create personalize images from the examples. 

View the steps below to get around the Explore section:

  1. Select Image or Video.

  2. Choose a category:

    • Tops

    • Bottoms

    • Ethnic

    • Activewear

    • Dresses

    • Outerwear

    • All (displays every option)

  3. Select an aspect ratio.

  1. When you find a template you like, select Create Similar and continue with the next steps.

My Creations​

The My Creations page shows all the videos and images you’ve generated in one place. Here, you can easily edit existing content instead of starting from scratch, saving time and credits when making small adjustments. You can also run QC, download your creations, and view additional details such as credit usage and project information.

Here you can:

  1. Select Download to upload images and videos.

  2. Select Modify to adjust your creative.

  3. Select any creation to view its details.

  4. Click the WhatsApp icon to share directly via WhatsApp.

  5. Click Copy to copy the image link and share it.

  6. Give feedback with thumbs up or thumbs down.

  7. Select 2K Quality or 4K Ultra to upscale the quality of the image. This is available for premium subscriptions.

  1. You can also filter creations by:

  • Status: Success, Processing, Failed, Invalid Input.

  • Content Type: Images or Videos.

  • QC Status: QC Approved, QC Rejected, QC in Progress.

  1. Select Run QC to run a quality check on your creation and add new criteria.  You can choose between the following methods:

  • Use Existing Template: Applies a saved quality check template to review your creation using predefined rules quickly.

  • Create New Template: Build a custom template to define specific quality standards for your project.

  1. When you select Create New Template, you can select Add Criteria to include specific requirements, such as facial consistency, technical glitches, background details, or style preferences. 

    Criteria Name: Provide a clear and descriptive name for your criteria to facilitate easy reference.

    Quality Rule: This helps refine the AI generation process, ensuring more accurate results and reducing the chances of unwanted errors.

  2. Select Run Quality Check to complete the process.

My Templates​

The My Templates section stores all the templates you have previously created. Here you can filter to find a specific template, edit existing ones, duplicate them, or create new collections.

  1. In Content Type, select Image or Video. You can also filter your existing templates by selecting a specific Aspect Ratio.

  1. Select Edit to modify any existing template you’ve already created.

  2. Select Duplicate to create a copy of an existing template. This allows you to quickly generate new creatives while retaining the layout, design elements, and settings of the original template. You can then modify specific details, such as text, images, or styles, without having to start from scratch, saving time and ensuring consistency across multiple campaigns.

  3. Select Create to start a new campaign based on your template. Then, follow the steps to create a new collection:

    1. Insert a product link or upload a file with your template. If you want more than one link, select Add More. You can also select Download Excel Template to use a predefined format.

    2. Optional: Provide an input for this run. You can request a specific type of song, movement, or style.

    3. Select Create Images to complete the process.

  4. Select the three-dot icon to Rename Template or Delete Template.
